Bio
Abby’s style of teaching is warm, encouraging & playful, allowing you to meet yourself just as you are & take what you need from your practice. Abby has always believed by cultivating our own awareness, inner balance & peace, we can nurture more harmonious relationships & contribute to collective peace in our communities & the wider world. She has been teaching since 2015, holding local weekly vinyasa flow classes, workshops, charity fundraisers, retreat days & co-hosting overseas retreats. Abby has trained further in Rocket yoga, Yin & Meditation & Spine modules with Yoga Medicine, Yoga Nidra, Qoya Inspired Movement, Yoga for the Nervous System. She has been hosting seasonal retreat days for Women since 2022. Her passion is that people experience true yoga beyond the postures & enhance their wellbeing on all levels. Abby looks forward to supporting you on your yoga journey!
