Service Description

Ideal for those New or Returning to Yoga, this is an invitation to start your week with awareness & presence. In this Mindful Monday Yoga Flow class You will be guided through movement, breath, meditation & yoga philosophy to connect to your whole self & leave feeling more open in body & mind. We’ll build on the foundations to develop your personal practice & support your yoga journey beyond the mat. Abby’s classes are welcoming, light, informed & empowering!

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your class on the LeAnanda Yoga (Fit by Wix) App or through the online login area up to 6 hours before the start of the class, if you have a class pass or membership. Cancellations after this period will be marked as "no show" and you will lose your class credit. If you select Pay as you go option, you may be able to move your booking to another day that week, up to 6 hours before the start of class, by contacting us directly. After 6 hours you will not be refunded. For Therapy services or Yoga 1-2-1's - 24 hour cancellation policy applies. You must contact us directly to reschedule.
